Agreement to These Terms
Adira Logic means Adira Logic LLC, an Iowa limited liability company. By accessing or using Adira Logic services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The acceptance and enforceability mechanism remains subject to qualified legal review.
1. Educational and Informational Purpose
Adira Logic currently provides educational and informational website content relating to modern financial markets, digital assets, market structure, trading concepts, market intelligence, technology, and automation. Specific research, intelligence, software, tool, and automation products remain Future / Unreleased unless separately approved and made available.
Adira Logic does not provide personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing provided should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, cryptocurrency, token, financial instrument, or other asset.
2. No Investment Adviser Relationship
Your use of Adira Logic does not create an investment adviser, broker-client, fiduciary, financial-planning, attorney-client, or tax-adviser relationship. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. Market Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you commit to a market. Digital assets and meme coins may involve extreme volatility, limited liquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, token concentration, manipulation, fraud, regulatory uncertainty, technology or platform failures, and total loss of value.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical, simulated, backtested, or paper-trading results may differ materially from real-world performance.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Adira Logic does not guarantee profits, investment returns, trading performance, successful trades, accurate predictions, future market conditions, successful automated execution, available liquidity, or continued availability of any asset or market. Examples of potential outcomes are educational illustrations only.
5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for conducting independent research, understanding products, evaluating their financial circumstances and risk, protecting account and wallet credentials, complying with applicable law, and supervising any automated system they choose to use. Do not trade or invest money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Educational Products
Educational programs, including Modern Market Foundations, are intended to improve understanding of markets and risk when and if made available. Modern Market Foundations is currently in development and in the waitlist stage. Completion does not guarantee trading proficiency, profitability, investment success, professional qualification, or suitability for automated trading.
7. Market Intelligence and Research
Specific Adira Logic reports, research, dashboards, indicators, scanners, and other market-intelligence products remain Future / Unreleased unless separately approved and made available. If and where any such offering is made available, it may contain estimates, calculations, historical or third-party data, automated or AI-generated analysis, incomplete information, or delayed information. Although Adira Logic aims for accuracy, information may contain errors or become outdated. Independently verify material information before relying on it.
8. Artificial Intelligence
Future / Unreleased products may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems. If and where such functionality is made available, AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or based on imperfect data. AI should not be treated as an infallible decision-maker or a substitute for independent judgment.
9. Automation
Future / Unreleased products may include automated monitoring, analysis, alerts, or execution if separately approved. If and where such functionality is made available, automation may fail because of software errors, outages, API failures, incorrect configuration, unexpected market conditions, insufficient liquidity, data errors, third-party failures, exchange or blockchain congestion, or user error. Automation does not eliminate the need for human oversight.
10. Account Security
If Adira Logic introduces user accounts, you are responsible for protecting login credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise. Never provide cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys to anyone claiming to represent Adira Logic.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use Adira Logic services to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, distribute malware, scrape protected content at unreasonable scale, reverse-engineer proprietary software except where legally permitted, impersonate others, misrepresent Adira Logic content, or facilitate fraud or market manipulation.
12. Intellectual Property
Adira Logic LLC owns company-created intellectual property, including Adira Logic brand assets, website content, educational and course materials, research, product documentation, original graphics, company-created software, and other original company-created materials.
Third-party intellectual property, licensed materials, open-source software, and contractor-created materials may be owned or governed by others or subject to separate licenses, rights, or agreements. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of material that Adira Logic LLC did not create, acquire, or license.
Adira Logic content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially distributed without permission except where permitted by law.
13. Third-Party Services
Adira Logic may integrate with or link to third-party services, exchanges, blockchain networks, data providers, payment providers, wallets, or websites. Adira Logic does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, fees, policies, performance, or financial condition.
14. Availability
Adira Logic may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any current or future product or service that is made available at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Where Adira Logic makes additional tools, reports, software, analytical systems, or other services available, those offerings may be subject to additional terms, notices, or product-specific conditions.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adira Logic and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages arising from use of the website, content, or any current or future service made available. This includes losses related to markets, digital assets, data errors, software failures, third-party services, or reliance on educational or informational content. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions may not apply in every situation.

16. Changes to These Terms
Adira Logic may update these Terms as products and services evolve. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Iowa, subject to consumer protections or other laws that cannot legally be waived.
Venue, arbitration, dispute-resolution procedure, forum selection, enforceability, and final governing-law implementation details remain subject to qualified legal review.
